The Registrar’s office is here to assist you with:
- Official transcripts of your academic record.
- Enrollment verifications for employers, insurance companies, etc.
- Grade cards.
- Occupational profiles that can be helpful when seeking employment. The profiles provide prospective employers detailed information about students’ technical knowledge and skills.
- Graduation requirements and conducting degree audits.
Privacy Policy
As a student of WATC, your privacy is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). WATC will not release information regarding your records without written authorization. If you have an employer, spouse, parent, etc. who will require information about your student records, please complete the Consent to Release Non-Directory Information form. Please refer to the 2007–2008 catalog for more detailed information.
Transcripts
There is a charge of $8 for each transcript ordered — payment must be received before the request will be processed. Please allow up to five business days for processing. You may print the form and mail, fax or deliver it to us, or you may complete it online and use a credit card for payment:
Address Change
If you need to update your name or address, please complete the Information Update form and submit it to the Registrar’s Office. For name changes, please provide official documentation (example, Social Security card) of the change. You may mail, fax or bring the completed form to our office.
