Trouble logging in?

  • Your User Name & password is the same for all WATC systems (network, WebMail, Angel)
  • Your User ID should be your first initial and your last name; e.g. John Smith = jsmith (not case sensitive). Exceptions are if you have
    the same first initial & last name as a previously enrolled student. In
    this case your user ID would have a number appended to it (i.e. a 1, 2,
    etc.). For example if a John Smith enrolled and WATC already had one
    jsmith your user ID would be jsmith1.
  • Your initial default password (which must be changed upon your first logon) will be your full first name (first letter in caps, rest in lower case) and your WATC student id number. For example; John with a Student ID of 123456 would be "John123456". If you don't know your WATC Student ID number, please call Learner Services at 677-9400.
  • NOTE: before you can log into Angel for the first time you must logon to WATC WebMail and change your default password.


    Changing your password

    Password rules are as follows:

    • Must be a minimum of 8 characters in length
    • Must contain a minimum of 1 lower case letter
    • Must contain a minimum of 1 upper case letter
    • Must contain a minimum of 1 numeral (number)
    • Cannot contain your name, the word "password", or the word "WATC"

The email address should be the primary method of contact. The use of the phone number should be reserved only for these times when a student cannot logon to send an email. Trouble calls via email can be submitted 24/7 but will only be answered during posted times. Any phone calls received outside posted hours will go to voicemail and will be returned during the next listed time period

Online Learning Partners with MEDS Publishing
Evening Practical Nurse students are now taking part in a great homework assistance software trial. WATC Online Learning has partnered with MEDS Publishing to provide its Total Nursing Curriculum Support software to these students the first week of February. The modules, which are provided with the software, give a variety of assistance to learners and are designed to follow students from their first course in a nursing program until they pass their Kansas State Board of Nursing exams.
Online Learning is able to pilot this software package with the evening Practical Nurse students through grant money. If the pilot proves successful, the program will be expanded to include all Practical Nurse students. We hope this software will help students achieve their educational goals and open the doors to success.
